大断面巷道交叉点缩面期间顶板控制技术

Roof control technology of the intersection of large section roadway during shrinking face

摘要: 以平朔井工二矿综放工作面缩面工程为背景,针对缩面期间巷道交叉点顶板支护问题,运用FLAC3D三维数值模拟软件,对巷道交叉点围岩的应力场、位移场进行了模拟计算分析,并结合现场监测数据进行对比分析,得出巷道交叉点顶板变化规律。研究结果表明: 现有支护条件不能保证该处巷道在缩面期间具有足够高度,该处顶板需要加强支护以满足支护安全的需要。加强支护后,该处顶板下沉量得到有效控制,能够保证缩面期间巷道交叉点的高度。

Abstract: Based on the shrinking face project and roof support problem of intersection of roadway at fully mechanized top coal caving face in the No.2 Deep Mine of Pingshuo,the stress and displacement fields of surrounding rock of the roadway intersection are calculated and analyzed by FLAC3D three-dimensional numerical simulation software. By compared with site monitoring data,the rule of the intersection of roadway roof’s variation are obtained and analyzed. The result shows that the roadway height of intersection could not be ensured in the present support condition. Therefore,the roof of in-tersection should be reinforced to meet the security of support. After reinforced supporting,the roof deformation has been effectively controlled,which could ensure the roadway height of intersection during shrinking face.
