Key technology for safe effective mining under complex geological conditions

摘要: 某矿高瓦斯近距离煤层群、松软低透以及软弱围岩等复杂地质赋存条件导致矿井在煤炭资源开采过程中出现了瓦斯超限、采场端面冒顶事故和巷道垮冒等一系列的难题。应用理论分析与现场实践,提出并研究了综采面瓦斯治理新技术、采场支架—围岩控制技术与采动煤巷围岩主动支护技术,确定了关键技术参数,并进行了现场工业性试验。实践表明,实施上述关键技术后,解决制约矿井发展的关键科技难题,实现了矿井安全高效开采,同时为类似复杂地质条件的推广应用提供了技术支撑。

Abstract: Series of scientific problems such as gas overrunning, roof flaking, roadway collapsing and so on occurred in a colliery with complex geological conditions of high gas in coal seams group with short distance, low permeability and weak surrounding rock. By using theory and practice research, the new technology of gas management and support-surrounding rocks control in fully mechanized coal face, the active support technology of surrounding rock of coal entry were put forward and studied further. The key support parameters were determined, and the field industrial test was carried out. Results showed that this set of technology has solved the key problem restricting the mine development and ensured the safe effective mining. Meanwhile, it has provided a technique support for the application and dissemination in the same complex geological conditions.
