深井软岩巷道连续“双壳”治理底鼓机理与技术

Study on technology and mechanism of continuous“double shell ”harnessing floor heave in deep soft-engineering rock roadway

摘要: 底鼓治理是巷道支护的难题之一,亦是巷道支护的重点和关键。根据新景矿中条带轨道巷现场调查和监测,分析了深井工程软岩巷道底鼓影响因素和机理分析。分析认为底鼓主要是巷道底板处于无支护状态下首先发生剪切破坏,而后由于水理作用导致岩层进一步破碎和挤压流动。应用连续“双壳”支护理论,分析了连续“双壳”治理底鼓机理,构建了“底板浅孔注浆(浅部壳体)+深部锚索束高压注浆(深部壳体)”的连续“双壳”治理底鼓技术,取得良好效果。

Abstract: Harnessing floor heave of roadway is one of the difficult but key problems in roadway supporting. The influence factors and mechanism of floor heave in the deep soft-engineering rock roadway are analyzed through site investigations and monitoring in the middle-strip track roadway at Xinjing Coal Mine. It is confirmed that the main causes of floor heave are that there is no support in the floor rock,which means the shear failure occurs firstly because of high-stress,and then stratum crushes further into squeezing and flowing because of water leading to further fragmentation. Therefore,the mechanism of the continuous “double shell” harnessing floor heave is studied by using continuous “double shell” to control floor heave and the technique of the continuous “double shell” harnessing floor heave that uses “bottom shallow hole grouting (shallow shell) +deep-anchor-beam with high-pressure grouting (deep shell)”to control floor heave is established. The technique has obtained a good effect.
