淮南矿区上提工作面覆岩结构分类与压架临界支护阻力计算

Overlying strata structure classification in working face of improving upper limit in Huainan mining area and theoretical calculation of critical support resistance of support crushing

摘要: 为了防止淮南矿区上提工作面压架突水,根据冒落带顶板岩层综合强度及裂隙带是否存在坚硬岩层,将上提工作面覆岩结构分为I,II,III,IV 4 种类型,建立了不同覆岩结构类型的力学模型,推导出工作面压架临界支护阻力计算式,确定了上提工作面压架失稳判据,并分析了影响压架临界支护阻力的因素。研究认为:采取减少面长、降低采高、保持工作面直接顶完整性、防止采空区顶板悬顶、加固工作面煤壁、采前疏水降压等措施将有利于上提工作面支架的稳定。

Abstract: To avoid support crushing and water inrush disaster in the working face of improving upper limit in Huainan mining area, based on the comprehensive strength of strata in caving zone and whether or not existing hard stratum in fractured zone, the structure of overlying strata were divided into four types, namely, I, II, III and IV. In addition, the mechanics models of different strata structures were established, the critical support resistance was deduced, the instability criterion of support crushing was determined in the working face of improving upper limit, and the factors influencing critical support resistance of support crushing were further analyzed. The results show that the measures such as reducing length of working face, lowering mining height, keeping the integrity of immediate roof, preventing roof in the gob form suspending, strengthening the rib of working face, and drainage for decreasing water pressure before mining, etc. would be in favor of the stability of support in the working face of improving upper limit.
