深部软岩巷道围岩变形机制及支护技术研究

Deformation mechanism of surrounding rock and support technology in deep soft rock roadway

摘要: 巨野矿区彭庄煤矿西翼轨道大巷埋藏700 余米且多穿越软弱破碎的泥岩层,为典型的深部软岩巷道。为更好地掌握围岩变形规律与破坏机制,在现场监测、钻孔窥视仪及地质雷达探测的基础上,开展了岩石物理力学试验和地应力测试,进行了25 种数值计算对比试验。结果表明,采用“锚杆”和“锚注”联合支护方案能有效减小围岩变形量,提高承载结构的整体性与承载能力,其支护效果对比传统方法具有显著优势,是深部巷道软岩支护的一种新方法。

Abstract: The west track roadway in Pengzhuang coal mine is a typical soft rock roadway, which is buried more than 700 meters underground, and is frequently passing through the weak fractured mudstone layers. To better master the deformation and failure mechanism of the surrounding rock, based on field monitoring, borehole camera and geological radar detection, rock physical mechanics test, in-situ stress test and 25 kinds of numerical comparison experiments were carried out respectively in this paper. The results show that the deformation of the surrounding rock can be effectively reduced by the combined support scheme of high strength and pre-stressed anchor (bolt) & bolt-grouting, and the supporting structure integrity and bearing capacity can also be effectively improved. As a new supporting method of deep soft rock roadway, the supporting effect of the combined support scheme has significant advantages comparing with the traditional supporting method.
