含裂隙泥岩注浆前后力学特性试验研究

Experimental study on mechanical properties of mudstone fracture before and after grouting

摘要: 采用直剪试验研究注浆前后泥岩裂隙面的闭合和剪切力学性质。试验结果表明注浆加固后泥岩裂隙面的力学性质出现了明显变化:1) 注浆后的法向变形量较之注浆前减小了 49%~57%; 2) 注浆后,剪切变形曲线出现了明显的峰值剪切强度和残余剪切强度;3) 注浆后剪切刚度变大。注浆前后力学性质变化的原因在于:注入的浆液固化结晶后充填了裂隙的气、液空间,使裂隙面的凸起点接触转变为面接触,浆液结石体与裂隙凸起共同传递应力和抵抗剪切,提高了裂隙的抗剪强度。

Abstract: In the present study, the closure behavior and shear strength of mudstone fracture are investigated through direct shear test before and after grouting. Experimental results have shown that 1) The closure deformation of the mudstone fracture decreases by about 49%-57% after grouting; 2) The peak shear strength and residual shear strength can be easily observed; and 3) The shear stiffness of the mudstone fracture increases after grouting. The preliminary reasons for the phenomenon are general due to the increasing contact area caused by the filled material, which can transfer the loading and thus increase the shear strength.
